Fast, Convenient Delivery

We want you to be happy and will hand deliver your new furniture to your home as quickly as possible. So, for in-stock merchandise Next Day Delivery is available in most areas. Or you can schedule delivery for whatever is convenient for you. Some areas may be outside of Next Day Delivery zones. If that is your area, we’ll work with you to figure out what other scheduling time works for you.

Premium Delivery and Set-Up

We want to make your delivery the best experience possible. That’s why we only choose delivery people who can do the job well and do it in a way that makes you happy. After all, this is the best part of getting new furniture – the moment you get to see it in your new home. Here’s what a few of our happy customers had to say about Grand’s delivery people:

This premium service is just $99.95 and it takes complete care of delivery and set-up of your new furniture. We deliver anywhere within a 100 mile radius around the Grand store you purchased your new furniture from.

Free Mattress Delivery

To help you sleep happy, Grand provides free delivery up to 100 miles from our store on mattress sets $597 or more. To make you even happier, as a bonus when you buy a mattress set $597 or more, any furniture bought the same day is delivered along with your mattress set for free!

Making Sure You’re Happy Before Your Delivery

Before delivery you will be called in advance to confirm the delivery date. On the date of the delivery, the truck will be loaded and the driver will call you with an estimated delivery time. If you have not received a call by 11am please call our customer service department at 1-866-472-6343.

Please have all walkways to that room cleared for our delivery team. While we are happy to deliver your furniture and set it up for you, we cannot install electronic equipment in entertainment cabinets or hang items on the walls.

Making Sure You’re Happy After Your Delivery

After your delivery, a member of our customer service team will call you to make sure you were happy with your delivery and to answer any questions you may have about your recent purchase. If you need assistance about your purchase beforehand you can contact your salesperson or the customer service department.

This Premium Delivery service is not available for Roanoke Outlet and Westlake Outlet. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the metropolitan Washington, DC and Richmond, VA areas and destinations over 100 miles. Not available Sunday or Monday.

Picking Up Your Furniture At A Warehouse

You can opt to pick up your furniture from the store or our warehouse instead of getting it delivered. At the time of your purchase, let us know and we’ll tell you which of the following locations will have your purchase available for pick up.

Packing and Loading – when picking up your own purchase, make sure you bring plenty of tie-downs and padding to secure it in your truck or van. We'll have staff on hand who are happy to assist you. We want to make sure you have it as safe and secure as possible – because as soon as you remove your purchase from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for damages resulting from improper transport.
