A choice of fabrics accompany many sofas and chairs that we carry. Some special order fabrics can be ordered usually without any additional charge. It is important to make sure that the fabric selection you are looking at is the correct one for the sofa you are ordering. Our goal is to provide “Grand” customer service during the entire special order process.
Special orders require a 15% nonrefundable deposit at the time you place your order and can only be canceled prior to the order being placed in production at the manufacturing facility.

How long does it take for special orders?
Because your merchandise is being made to your unique specifications, delays may occur. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Depending on the manufacturer it can be as few as 4 weeks or as many as 12 weeks. You will be given an estimated time for delivery, a date that is not guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you posted on your order status.
Is it possible to use my own fabric?
Several of our manufacturers allow COM (customers own material) fabric. Each manufacturer has specific yardage required for COM orders. Ask your sales associate for details.
What else can you customize on special orders? Please note some items listed below may incur additional charges.

Premium Delivery and Set-Up $99.95 takes care of delivery and set-up of your new furniture. We deliver anywhere within a 100 mile radius around the Grand store from which you purchased your new furniture. Not available at Outlets and Clearance Departments.
