Gold In Home Furniture 5 Year Protection Plan

The Guardsman Protection Plan protects your furniture from the everyday "oops" that could damage or stain your furniture. This provides you 5 full years of coverage against accidental stains and damages on fabric furniture, leather, vinyl, nubuck furniture, wood and other hard surfaces.

Mattress Protection Plan

We know that you care about your new mattress and want to keep it in great condition for as long as possible. Protect your new mattress investment from accidental stains and damage with Guardsman's Comfort Mark II Program.  Guardsman will clean accidental stains or repair damage, giving you the confidence, peace of mind, and the satisfaction of enjoying your well cared for mattress for years to come. Mattress manufacturers may not honor their own warranty if the mattress is soiled. By protecting your new mattress with Guardsman, you're covered from accidental damage that may prevent manufacturer's defects from being repaired as required under warranty.

Don't Use It - Don't Lose It!

As an added value to our customers if you don't file a claim or request service within the protection plan period you will receive a store credit equal to the amount paid for the Guardsman Protection Plan. Credit will be applied to any new furniture purchase at Grand Home Furnishings.

Details:  You must obtain your credit and use it within 1 year after the end of your protection plan period. This credit cannot be used for refunds or payments on previous purchases. Not redeemable for cash or used towards gift cards.

To receive your credit:

  1. After your protection plan expires, contact your Grand Home Furnishings store and submit a copy of your sales order. The store can print one out if you no longer have yours.
  2. Grand Home Furnishings will verify with Guardsman, the protection plan provider, that no service request was made on the plan.
  3. Guardsman will send confirmation to Grand Home Furnishings.
  4. Grand Home Furnishings can only issue credit at the time of your new furniture purchase.

For Service and to File a Claim:

Call Guardsman (800) 253-3957 within 5 business days of the date the stain or damage occurred.  You can also fill out an online service request at www.guardsman.com. Make sure you call Guardsman before attempting to clean it!
