customers who have provided their email address will periodically
receive information, sales and specials. Grand does not share your
email address with anyone at any time. If you do not wish to receive
such email from Grand Home Furnishings in the future, you will find an
UNSUBSCRIBE option at the bottom of the email or if you prefer please click here and send us a message with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. THE GRAND FURNITURE GUARANTEE Grand guarantees your furniture to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for one year.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We guarantee your complete satisfaction on your purchase from Grand. If, within 30 days, you are not happy with your purchase we will exchange it or provide a full refund. (Special orders, mattresses and as-is merchandise are excluded from this guarantee.)
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE Nobody beats Grand’s prices on Grand quality merchandise. In the unlikely event that you should find an identical item in stock at any other retail store within 100 miles of our store for less than Grand’s price, within 30 days of your purchase, Grand will refund 110% of the difference. We guarantee our own prices too. (Offers by other retailers to special order merchandise do not apply. Verifiable confirmation required.)
IN-STORE FINANCING Grand will gladly finance your purchase. Simply apply for a Grand Charge Card at any Grand location, or complete an online application. A Grand Charge Card offers convenient monthly payments and the option for 6 months with no interest and one payment. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
CLEARANCE AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Clearance merchandise is sold at a fraction of its original sale price. It may be a discontinued style or it may be damaged, visibly or otherwise. Because of the low selling prices, such merchandise is sold in “as-is” condition and is not subject to our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or 1-Year Furniture Guarantee.
Other than merchandise sold in “as-is” condition, we will promptly either repair or replace damaged or defective merchandise. Our service technicians can correct most problems that are brought to our attention, often right in your home. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
SPECIAL ORDERS Grand is pleased to provide a special order service to meet your specific needs. Because your merchandise is being made to your unique specifications, delays may occur. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date and do our best to keep you posted on your order status. Our goal is to provide “Grand” customer service during the entire special order process.
Special orders require a 15% nonrefundable deposit at the time you place your order. Special orders can only be canceled prior to the order being placed in production at the manufacturing facility.
Any custom order accessories, carpets, fabric, draperies, bed coverings, or wall and window treatments require a 20% nonrefundable deposit. These products are not subject to cancellation or return.
